This Bootcamp is geared towards people in leadership/management roles and for those interested in developing their tactical knowledge of an integrated approach to continuous improvement. The module can be modified to focus on a certain Department of an organization (e.g. Supply Chain).
The 90-Day Strategic Execution approach is effective to align priorities, develop action plans, and for holding each other accountable on execution (timing, quality).
System deployment of the strategic execution approach is based on making the process recurring on a quarterly basis. It becomes a system within your organization as to how strategic priorities are aligned, planned, and executed.
